These Terms of Service govern all use of the Otto’s Garage Door website located at ottosgaragedoorliberty.com and any service requests submitted through it. By browsing the site, submitting a request, or scheduling work, a visitor or customer accepts these terms in full. If any person does not agree to these terms, they should not use the site or request services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect without modification.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by Otto’s Garage Door are prepared in good faith based on information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing is subject to change if actual site conditions, materials, or scope of work differ from what was originally assessed. Otto’s Garage Door will notify the customer of any material pricing adjustment before proceeding with additional work. Proceeding with scheduled service following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised price.
Acceptable Website Use
Users may access ottosgaragedoorliberty.com only for lawful purposes related to evaluating or requesting home services. The following are prohibited:
- Automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of any content or data from the site
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent service requests
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
- Using the site in any manner that violates applicable local, state, or federal law
Otto’s Garage Door reserves the right to block access for any user who violates these conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in TX. Each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue.
Warranty
Details of any workmanship warranty offered by Otto’s Garage Door will be communicated to the customer at the time service is performed. Such warranties apply only to labor and work completed directly by Otto’s Garage Door or its coordinated service professionals. Parts, equipment, and materials installed may carry separate manufacturer warranties; those warranties are governed solely by the terms set by the respective manufacturer, and Otto’s Garage Door makes no representations beyond what the manufacturer provides.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Otto’s Garage Door arising out of or related to any service or use of this site is limited to the amount the customer paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Otto’s Garage Door is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, property damage beyond the immediate scope of work, or costs resulting from service delays.
Service Area and Availability
Otto’s Garage Door offers professional home services in Liberty, TX and the surrounding region. All services are subject to scheduling availability and a professional assessment of the work requested. Some jobs coordinated through ottosgaragedoorliberty.com may be carried out by licensed independent contractors or service professionals who operate as part of Otto’s Garage Door’s network. Regardless of who performs the work, Otto’s Garage Door remains the customer’s point of contact for scheduling and service-related matters.
